Mr. Schneider’s 38 year legal practice has involved a wide range of business and financial activities. In the early 1970’s he incorporated and provided tax planning services for over 300 physicians and medical groups, organized the development of medical office buildings and provided tax planning to high income individuals. He represented a number of securities firms and handled public offerings for both local San Antonio companies and the underwriting departments of local securities firms. He developed the curriculum and taught the first Federal Securities Regulation course for St. Mary ’s Law School . Over the years he has handled numerous mergers and acquisitions and sales of local businesses to public consolidating entities. He has represented investment groups in acquiring local banking institutions and handled the lending activities of these institutions. He has acted as a consultant to family law attorneys where substantial businesses were involved. He has represented the acquisition and sale of national franchises and licensing arrangements.

Mr. Schneider is a state certified mediator with experience in handling family succession and complex business disputes.
