PRACTICE AREAS & EXPERTISE Ms. Pascarella’s practice is focused on corporate law/business transactions and complex commercial litigation. Ms. Pascarella has participated in varied domestic and international negotiated transactions, including representation of Latin American and European clients in structuring, negotiating, and implementing business strategies and contract matters in the United States. In the litigation arena, Ms. Pascarella handles matters involving domestic and international commercial disputes, business torts, securities fraud, and construction and real estate disputes at state and federal court levels. Her participation in negotiations required for Fortune 500 client representation before Mexican government agencies relating to NAFTA issues and as a Delegate of the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law and Practice, International Legal Exchange Program - Central America Delegation contribute to her unique understanding of issues facing international and domestic clients. She has participated in meetings with representatives of Central American organizations and other leaders to aid in the promotion of international trade, transportation and other regional issues. She speaks Spanish and English fluently. Earlier experience includes other commercial litigation matters, multi-district drug litigation and defense of medical malpractice cases.
