Doug McNeel has been a partner with Barton, East & Caldwell, L.L.P. since 2003. His practice includes commercial real estate transactions (including land acquisition, commercial development, residential development and disposition of properties), entity formation and planning (including limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations), conversion and merger of entities, financial transactions (including loan document review and negotiation and the issuance of opinion letters), asset purchase contracts, construction contracts and other business contracts and transactions.
