Barton, East & Caldwell, L.L.P. is a Texas registered limited liability partnership originally formed on November 1, 1993. Although the firm engages in the general civil practice of law, its principal areas of practice involve commercial real estate law, energy law, mergers and acquisitions and associated corporate, securities and partnership legal matters.
